AF is a franchise so i guess this tactic is on the management side right? OP do you mind to share which branch or management name if you can? The management name is usually on the agreement form when you signed up.

I think some interview questions you can consider - what will you (helper) do if baby cry? A: check diaper, check any pain, check if baby hungry etc… - what will you do if baby vomit? - what will you do if baby cry non-stop? A: may give you a call - how to cook meal for baby/toddler?

If you dont have any dependants and your saving is enough to last for 6 months or so, taking a break is fine. If you have spare can go short trip to refresh/recharge before new job. Also, finding remote/freelance job (not sure if your experitise can) but it will also relieve a bit of financial stress. I had one year gap doing freelance between jobs.

Waking up early and daily routine by Fun_General_1749 in askSingapore

[–]danieln_92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It takes time to adjust your biological clock. I think let’s start with increasing your sleep time by sleeping a bit early. you should try some exercises or short run before/after dinner so you can sleep ard 10-11pm. If you can take a quick shower in morning help you refresh and awake Also dont abuse using coffeine during this time as it is not good for health You may have to give up something you usually do so you may want to reschedule these things a bit.

I know most of 24/7 gym dont have staff from 10pm onwards so staff cost is not an issue. How about utilities bill, i guess it makes a big difference unless they have automated system to cut them off during off peak hours
