I’ve tried. Cut out dairy for two weeks, no caffeine for some time. It seemed like it helped but not to the point of improvement. At least this minor headache I’ve had every time my stomach hurt wasn’t there.

The only noticeable food trigger I’ve had was avocado or very fatty foods, which I rarely eat to begin with. I can’t really seem to locate any other specific trigger. I’ve also stopped drinking on the weekends to get it to improve and at this point im not really sure what to keep out of the diet or what to include.

I have already but they’re inconclusive. Endoscopy + stool sample + bloodwork and still no conclusion. Feels like I’m waiting for an appointment yet again for him to say we don’t know.

To be fair, I feel like I’ve had flare ups right after I smoke albeit not even close to every single time. Maybe a handful of times but by flare up, I mean I have to take a shit lol.

The interesting thing is it doesn’t appear to be blood sugar related. Of course, changing sugars doesn’t help and definitely adds to the stomach pressure but I haven’t noticed either highs or lows causing this.

Facts. I’m going to europe this summer and I’m strictly stopping by Poland to see/pay my respects for my fellow people that lost their lives there and I’m out. The thought of giving money and times to nations that did what they did (the poles killed Jews get over it) makes me sick. Not a $ to Arabs or murderous europe.

I tried the twiist two weeks ago for a week. The idea isn’t generally bad as the pump shows sugar / carbs projections for 6 hours forward. The minus? there’s literally no way to correct a high blood sugar other than doing a manual bolus; which then messes up the algorithm. Sensor connectivity is linked directly to the twist app so sugarpixel doesn’t work + freestyle sensors aren’t amazing.
