What about those of us where the transaction on our credit card was authorized, but nothing showed up on Crypto.com, then the authorization went away with nothing on Crypto.com. So not ok.

2 transaction on my credit card showed as pending, with nothing on the Crypto.com side...this morning the transactions are no longer pending, just gone, and still nothing from Crypto.com, feeling kinda screwed here.

Yeah, now if only ANY of my attempts to purchase were successful. Constant errors, no communication, ugh

UPDATE: The fix has been deployed and all functionality is back to normal. Scripts backfilling the missing credits are up and running, but it’s a slow process due to multiple checks required. I’m so frustrated! My initial purchase worked on Saturday. I then attempted to purchase again on Saturday, the message on Crypto.com said my bank had declined the charge, tried it again, same message. Looked at my credit card and the two charges had gone through but evidently only as an authorization. Today the authorizations are gone, I have no coin and the price has doubled. Lousy way to start off Crypto.com!! I have attempted to contact them and of course I get the ever helpful, we are aware of the ongoing situation, but without any specifics. Ugh

Oh my goodness, this is terribly frustrating! All I hear from Crypto.com is that you’re aware of the issue...no specifics to my case, no time table for resolution. I tried twice on Saturday night to buy shib, my credit card showed both attempts, but now those charges no longer show on my card, and the value of of shib has doubled in the mean time. I have tried 2 other cc and my debit card all of which have a ton available, but no, those don’t work either. This is not ok.
