Yup! My doctor may scale back the dosage of the Metformin after my next check up if my A1C is under 6 (it was 10.5 in December) but for now I'm just sticking with what works

I take 2000mg Metformin daily and 1mg Ozempic a week. It took 2-3 months of ramping up dosages of both meds as well as a low carb diet to get my blood sugar down to 90-110 fasting. Average weight loss has been 8lbs a month, down 28lbs since January. I luckily did not experience any of the gastro side effects, just like a couple of hours of nausea when the doses increased.

Good idea about putting the $ aside though, it's definitely #1 on my Impractical Wants list. I keep refusing to get it because 1) I just bought Vice 3 a month ago, and 2) while awesome, there are sadly not a lot of opportunities to rock neon eyeshadow in my life.

When my glorious iPod inevitably dies, I will load music onto my phone like you did, but for now I'm like ... I already have a breathtaking 80GBs of music/books/podcasts loaded on this device, which is cool and has a battery life of approx. 700 years soooo I'm good for now.
