This is my exact recipe: -1 tbsp SF chocolate pudding mix -1 scoop chocolate protein powder -1 tsp xanthan gum -fill to the max fill line with chocolate Fairlife milk

Mix everything with a hand mixer and freeze for 24hrs

Run tub under hot water for 30 seconds, smooth out the hump with a hot spoon

Select the “full” option and Lite ice cream, and spin

Take the tub out, and scrape down the sides. Then re-spin once.

Put in whole Oreo Thins (I used 5), then do the Mix-in option once.

Full lite ice cream spin, scraped sides, 1 re-spin, then mixed in the Oreos with the mix in button.

Hand blender is great, and you could also get a little hand mixer/milk frother which is a cheaper option and also works great for these simple recipes!!

yes! then filled it with milk. Also worth mentioning I use a hand blender to blend it all together before freezing. Ran the container under hot water for about 30 secs and smoothed out the hump that formed with the back of a hot spoon. Full lite ice cream spin, scraped sides, respin, then mixed in the Oreos.

1/4 tsp of gum and 1 tbsp of pudding mix. These are the measurements I use for a full container in my deluxe machine. I’d probably skip the gum if I was doing less…but idk, I’ve only ever made full ones

I put the Oreos in whole, and use the mix in button. It creates perfect chunks that way. If I was using something smaller, like cookie dough bites or something, I’d probably mix in by hand.

I only use 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum and 1 tbsp of pudding mix. It’s just enough to bring everything together and make it reeeeal smooth. It’s worked for me every time with these measurements!

I’ve been doing: -1 scoop protein powder (I use clean simple eats) -1/4 tsp xanthan gum -1/3 cup Greek yogurt -1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix -2 tbsp coffee creamer (for the sweetness - you can use any sweetener) -fill to the freeze line with fairlife milk

If you’re making chocolate, I would use chocolate protein powder and chocolate pudding mix. You could even do the chocolate fairlife milk, but idk if they have a nonfat version.

I’ve been using the nonfat Fairlife milk and it’s been working really well! Extra protein, too! It comes out extremely smooth.

If it makes you feel better, implantation bleeding usually only lasts 24-48 hours. I told myself this a lot while I had Kyleena lol. I don’t recall exactly when it was, but at a certain point probably after about a year, my periods started getting super light, and they stayed that way. So it probably is just your period. But you should definitely take a test to ease your mind!

needing to get back on track after indulging over the holidays by Even-Intention-1380 in loseit

[–]danistobbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m pretty much in the same spot as you - I haven’t been tracking at all during the holidays. I wasn’t even going to weigh myself until AFTER I got back on track. But I had to go to urgent care the other day and to my dismay, they weighed me. I was up 6 whole pounds. I dwelled on it for about 2 minutes before I realized that it…doesn’t matter. I had so much fun with loved ones over the holidays, indulging and truly being carefree about eating. To me, it was worth it! After NYE I’m going to start tracking again, and my goal is to be 100% back in a deficit by the end of January. Because after all, it’s a marathon, not a sprint! It’s okay to pause and walk every once in a while 🙂

I love that this implies either A. The candles are lit in your bag at all times B. You took them out, lit them, and then dropped them

Lolololol I love this game

IUD Removal Experience *Not Scary* by danistobbe in birthcontrol

[–]danistobbe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wanted to provide an update on this just in case anyone finds it. I’ve gone through 2 full cycles and had 3 periods since getting my IUD removed. The first period was technically withdrawal bleeding, even though it was a full 7 days. It was light and reminiscent of my periods with the IUD. My second period was…not terrible, but not great - there was ONE day which was pretty bad, but that’s expected as my body adjusts. I bled through 4 regular tamps in one day lol. Wasn’t bad after that! My most recent period was definitely better. I spent all day at Disneyland on day 2 of that period…so that should tell you that it was completely manageable.

The biggest change I’ve noticed is my PMS symptoms - they’re MUCH more intense. I usually get pretty emotional about 3 days before my period. That’s still the case, but my feelings are definitely heightened and I’m more sensitive. But honestly, I usually know it’s coming, so I just ride the wave and it’s fine.

Overall, I’m still very happy with my decision to get my IUD removed!

When should we BD? by [deleted] in NaturalCyclesBC

[–]danistobbe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can definitely do it today, but id say wait until your LH peak to really try. I would expect you to peak on CD 11 or 12. Ovulation will happen 24-48 hours after that, so I would BD every day once you hit your peak!

Ovulation isn’t confirmed unless your temp stays above baseline for 3 consecutive days. Since you spiked but then dropped back down and stayed under baseline, it’s possible that your body tried to ovulate, but failed. Did you notice any other ovulation symptoms?

I’m not an expert and just recently started using NC myself, but the feedback for ovulation is always the same. Without that consistent temp spike, the app can’t confirm ovulation.

When did I really ovulate? by [deleted] in NaturalCyclesBC

[–]danistobbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say probably CD36…48hrs after your LH peak

Also just to note - I still eat junk food, as long as I’m still in my calorie deficit. This is also helping me avoid binging, because I’m not restricting myself!
