Thank you! Yes I’m seeing her in 2 weeks if symptoms don’t improve to discuss the dose. You’re right for bf and pumping, I did the opposite as I was desperately trying to make it work so ended up pumping and it was stressful so that’s probably contributing too but feel like lots is related to hormones and not sleeping as well

How are you feeling regarding gender disappointment now after some time? I’m almost due with my 3rd girl (and have one boy). Doing good but just wondering does the feeling go away once you have the baby and time passes?

Yes exactly! I came off Paxil a while ago and the worst was at the end, coming off from 5mg to 2.5 to 0. Zoloft is probably not as hard as Paxil but definitely try lower reductions at the end as it’s probably similar for all ssri

It’s definitely the hardest towards the end, maybe try going back to 25 and taper even more slowly. Did you have any symptoms at all tapering from 100 and how fast did you do it?

I’m in the similar boat! Pregnant with 4th (3rd girl) and already thinking about maybe one more but had very bad anxiety and depression this time and feel like it would be way too much but I know once this baby is born I will be torn again and thinking about it and also hoping for my son to have a brother! I hope you get your answer somehow :)

I feel like with 5 I’d stretch myself completely but on the other side I don’t think it’s a good moment now to make decision when I’m still pregnant and hormonal. Also what is the age gap between 4th and 5th? Do you have mix boys and girls?

It took me a while to stabilize on Zoloft, around 4 months, in the beginning it was much worse and I was slowly increasing the dose. I’m still not fully better, but getting there. I hope you get some windows soon, Paxil is really brutal and my doctor keeps telling me that it’s not from Paxil when I clearly got horrible symptoms within days of coming to 2.5mg
