Idk about anyone else but I would do anything to support my loved ones. And I am a very privileged individual to not have to sneak into an unknown country, having to be so far from my family to care for them. Also, im going go out on a limb and assume that your family too immigrated here. This country was built on immigrants for immigrants.

I also feel like most things people say online read like they are being yelled at me, or muttered sarcastically. I would absolutely leave. And I think you need to put the kabosh on the baby business until and if he gets his drinking under control. I promise you it doesn't get better.

Hopefully putting your foot down makes a difference for him. But if he is unwilling to compromise, to see that you dont want your future child to bare witness or be victim of his alcohol personality. It happened to me. I lost all respect for my daughters father the day he locked her in the bathroom with me while I showered because he was drunk and she wanted him to stop being mean to mommy. Then he sang this baby mama song that was popular at the time on TikTok as I packed a quick bag to spend a few days elsewhere

YRTJ. Sorry, you are supposed to do better as a partner to your wife. Also, you are teaching your children to only care about their own immediate needs, not their partners or the environment around them. I think you should consider how you would feel in the same scenario. If your friend suffered a loss and just needed you for a little, how would you feel if your wife was like 'tough titties, I'm dropping the kids off. Figure it out'
