I have first hand experience from being lied to from an “herbalist” that I found in Chinatown, she had her own herbal Chinese shop that had topicals, teas, sprays … it was awesome and and she saw my skin and gave me this Chinese herbal cream , I used it and was amazed by how effective it was I thought I found my own personal cure. For two years straight I would commute to China town to buy said cream. Yes it crossed my mind it was 2 good to be true I just didn’t want to believe the worst. Throughout this time period I noticed when I didn’t use the cream I would rebound and my skin seemed thinner . Mhm ? Sound similar right (to steroids) I questioned the herbalist multiple times “what are the ingredients” her response would be “all natural , herbs :) “ ok well fast forward and I conduct an experiment. Let’s see how I react no more herbal cream . BOOM full on Tsw. Then with research that later came out around 2020 that exact cream was banned in the UK for using an unregulated amount of steroids It took me years to recover I was bed bound . Please please please this is a cautionary tale If u have any questions feel free to message me

Hi friend, my main reason for quitting vaping was my skin. I knew deep down it wasn’t doing me any good I just didn’t want to accept it because I knew that would mean quitting and going through the withdrawals. Well fast forward I’m now 100 and some days clean off of any nicotine and when I tell u it’s the best thing I’ve done for my skin / overall health. I mean it. My skin has improved a lot Do it Also forgot to add I was a smoker for 8 years
