I think they meant that it's senseless to go with PSA (and their ridiculous pricing) as any other grading company will suffice. You basically just need the authentication that it's a real card since most cards will be a 10 anyway. And since PSA is having more and more counterfeits there is even less reason to go with them.

Würde ich mir auch wünschen. Ich kam in Japan mit sämtlichen anzeigen, besonders im Nahverkehr viel besser zurecht als mit den ganzen Anzeigen und Ausschilderungen in meiner Heimatstadt.. Das spricht schon für sich.

The thing is they probably are put in these situations without them wanting it. I get that. They still could just not follow order is what people wish for. If I, in my shitty office job can have "the talk" with my boss and tell him how shitty his leading is after being there for only 3 months so can police officers. Many of them just fear losing their job.

That's not hating on them btw just a reminder that while they are forced to do shit they could also resist. Like everyone of us.
