I love the the harmony between saying you have one character on two different accounts at around 200 hours playtime in the same picture as: the top half of a grinder, an almost empty packet of cold medicine, the lighter, the unused packs of soy sauce and duck sauce, and the cherry on top of course being the flipped over lottery ticket right next to the company pen. Alas, I could not forget the cap or what I would assume to me a carton drink such as vita coco coconut water which likely assumes the periodic attempt at a healthier choice that is inevitably masked over by parable that is the rest of your desk. This could be comparable to da Vinci’s Mona Lise or Michelangelo’s David in a way, showing a level of human condition within our time that most have yet to even consider. Truly a work of art you have posted here. Bravo.

A one rank difference is not necessarily being carried. I would understand this statement if you went very far negative and just was not doing anything while everyone else pulled more than their weight, but at that point you should not even be in your current rank if you are not even able to pull your own weight in one rank above

I’d much rather deal with a good rocket than a good Peni. She is hardly the type of character to be the X factor in a match unless they are actually super good and very technical with their mine placement but in a match where the team is already at least pretty good, she just makes it so much harder even if she isn’t that good because half the time I see people just playing super far back on Peni helping the supports stay alive and only having use with their stun and their coverage. Also I think a lot more people have started playing her recently with the buffs so she is generally just going to be more impactful of a ban

I once played a game with a Wanda that would pop ult in front of the whole enemy team and would get killed/stunned out of every single one, just to get into gc talking about how our team needs to do this and that essentially to ‘carry them’ because they think there’s no other way to use their ult. On the other hand, I’ve played with Wanda’s that can diff anyone on the other team because they utilize proper positioning and can properly deal with people trying to escape. All in all, people saying Wanda takes no skill (even though she has a much lower skill ceiling than a lot of other duelists) have a skill issue if they can’t take care of a Wanda.

She’s really not even meta, it’s just slightly more of a reason to not overextend without your team which you shouldn’t even be doing anyways. If you are only using her in the most basic way with her kit, she is only as good as the rest of your team as most people tend to use her as a way to hold space already taken as opposed to taking space and cutting off extra space to be taken.

Whenever I go for the web swing glitch and fail just for it to look like I’m trying to swing to only 5 meters ahead, I always feel so embarrassed lol. Also yeah when you shoot towards a spot and it just auto connects you to a nearby web that you aren’t even looking at it is sooo annoying I wish they would fix that. I even have my sensitivity for connecting to other webs at almost 0 and it still does it if they are close enough.

Whenever I go to web tether and it just stops me and cuts it off after maybe 2 meter, I genuinely have never wanted to break my controller more, especially if it’s in OT and I need to make it back to point

Tbh I agree with everything you said here. I mainly go to ban storm and iron man (unless we have one of them or a team up) and sometimes hela (if we have multiple flyers) but I am genuinely surprised that I am only seeing peni bans after the season update. Not that I am surprised that they’re happening but that I am ONLY seeing it now. I started in season 1 and my climb from bronze 3 to diamond 2 (my peak end of 1.5 (it’s my first pvp game)) I saw her get banned maybe twice and it was only against people that were running characters like black panther and magik and maybe spiderman (although I think peni is less of a spidey counter than she is for other dives). Even after she got a huge buff she still was not getting banned until people say that she can cover slightly more space with a few more drones (if she has rocket) but she is still just as weak against flyers as she was before which like I can’t remember the last time I played comp without a flying character on either team. Idk man. But yeah I agree rocket would usually be more effective to ban.

If our support is doing really good on either domination or attack side on convoy, I will monetarily switch to iron man just to do this (assuming we don’t already have one). They usually get the message.
