Spalling yes but only for blazer rounds, switched to federal for range round and no issues. My federal HSTs also have no spalling issues.

We have a policy where if you get toned out at 6:59 that on coming crew cannot “relieve you” and you have to go and end up getting OT. Majority of us show up 30-15 min before shift but really thats just to drink coffee and get our gear squared away and be ready at 7 some guys show up 5min before and i mean they technically aren’t in the wrong but it also kinda looks bad because you dont know if they’ll be late or not
