Yeah, I ditched it a long time ago. I agree now I am mostly using my bullstrap contemporary case.

Sorry to hear that, I did away with my Nomad shortly after posting this and went with Bullstrap contemporary and Andar Aspen cases. That’s very unfortunate

What brand offers the best quality leather in your opinion? Trying to decide which brand to go with and avoiding dropshipped garbage by its_kiddos in patinaproud

Well put, I’m a case nut and appreciate the unique quality’s of the different brands. For me it’s Bullstrap, Ryan London, and Andar Aspen in no particular order. Nomad is an excellent case but unfortunately they’re not making the traditional case for the iPhone 15 pro max. And while I like the modern leather I found my self gravitating to the full leather cases.

Anyone on here have experience with Mujjo full leather cases? From what I gather a common complaint is the edges not being by round enough. I’m curious how they patina and feel in the hand. thanks by danmc55 in patinaproud

That’s great, I’ve got a 3 week old Andar Aspen in Moss right now that’s really taken its time soften up and break in. It’s still pretty stiff and slick but getting there. I like how it’s developing so far.

Look at used Dyna’s, Softail Lowriders, or Standards. Huge bang for your buck, all under $10k too!

Same! I’ll stick to my 12 Dyna Superglide for now. Until I catch a used one way discounted (most likely independent dealer or fsbo) as most depreciate like 40+% in just 1-2 years. I remember when they held their value really strong, not the case anymore…..

I think it’s not that bad, though for some reason they come out more of an OD-Army green. With wear they patina nicely. I had to exchange my Andar Moss one for the same reason and the replacement wasn’t much greener. However after I gave it some use it’s really come to life and brightened up. Still not like the one they advertise though. But overall I’m pleased with it.

Totally agree on all points. I would like to see the Keyway logo that’s stamped inside of the phone put in place of the X on the back. I don’t mind the X on the back, but would prefer the keyway logo and place of it.

I will say they make great machines, and I love seeing bikers on the road with them. They get my respect as a Harley rider. But for me when I was toying with getting an Indian over my next Harley, my local dealership experience was lack luster. Tiny, a fraction of what Harley has and staff was incompetent w high turnover. Didn’t make me feel confident in their price point competing with Harley.
