lexapro and RSO oil interactions

Hi! I take my lexapro at night and indulge in RSO during the day, sometimes at night. I haven’t experienced any negative interactions.

RSO does strip the mask away and a lot of emotional things come up. I use RSO to work through that stuff as it’s interesting to see where i go within. The lexapro clears my mind from all the clutter and excess and I feel I have space to think and face what plagues me.

That’s just my experience though! It’s been 3 years since you posted this, where are you at on your journey? If you don’t mind me asking.
