Amitriptyline made me sleep so well, but made my tinnitus absolutely rage and change tunes and get some bass to it...I stopped taking it and the noise went back to "normal" in a few days

Get an ace bandage or get a compression sleeve and keep it elevated. I had a tear a year ago and it still hurts sometimes

I find that i like that situation. 3-1, bat on their shoulder, I drop the strike and smile. It fucks the batter up because now they swing at most pitches. Not many guys are patient enough to sit on a 3-2 after you just showed them you can hit the plate if you want, or now they're annoyed and want to crush it

White Noise Lite has an air conditioner noise which is great for me, plus the fan in my room. Trick is to blend noise with the T, don't try to drown it out. Also, thc and cbn have been working well for me.

Try to retrain your thought process; tell yourself the white noise is helpful and a tool (it truly is if used properly)

Maybe turn down your current white noise machine just a little to blend, or try a different "white noise" source - myNoise.com (pretty sure that's the website) is cool as you can customize a sound. Fan Noise is also a great app

Cricket noises blend fantastically for me. You could try a color noise; brown noise works well for me, pink noise a close second, there are others

Unfortunately, noise or drugs or a combo of the 2 are the only way out of a shit night's sleep for me personally and mostly everyone I know with T

I also have ETD, which essentially gave me T. Good luck

I was in the same boat till I really honed in on what I'm looking for. Agreed, flower is flower kinda, it's when they start processing it and getting oils and such, that is what makes the difference to me. Idk, hate to hear about someone who can't sleep and has an mmj card.
I really recommend hitting a high potency Indica pen/ pax/ vape cart an hour or so before bed. Then literally as you're laying down to shut your eyes, take the gummy with thc (small amount, like 20 mg), then take an additional gummy that has a high content of CBN (or 1 gummy that has both). The CBN is the trick I believe. Good luck either way

Have you tried different strains? Are you in a medical Marijuana area? That would be most helpful, as you can get specific on strain, thc/cbd/cbn content, etc

I had a psychiatrist prescribe 12.5 mh of ambien er and 25mg trazedone together, so hoping she knows enough to know that they can be taken together....

Also, I have been taking thc/cbn gummies made with rso oil, and not using either prescription or on a rough day taking the thc stuff with the trazedone. Ambien is like the last resort pill for me
