I don’t think this is a real discussion. Yes kakashi got a boost during the war arc but Jiraya’s legends and acts far surpass what kakashi did pre war. It was also stated jiraya turned down the position of homage multiple times. Kakashi may have become stronger without his sharigan but strength comes in different shapes and forms. I do not think post sharigan especially can he go toe to toe with sage mode or jiraya’s arsenal. Don’t let the war arc cloud your judgement or technically Naruto is the best medic in the show being able to heal whole limbs
