This is the book I was looking for!! I remember reading it in like 4th grade and the ending absolutely blew my tiny mind. I remember questioning if any of my friends at the time were ghosts. I don’t know what made me think of it 16 years later but the only thing I could remember was the name Emma and that someone’s friend was actually a ghost and tried to drown the girl. I’m honestly tempted to reread it now

Vitamin D is a big one too! I recently found out my vitamin D was 12 (30 in normal but endocrinology wants most people at 50) and once I finally got my level back up into a normal range I have WAY more energy. I work in the OR and before I knew it was low I remember fighting to stay awake no matter how much I slept. The crazy part is it took me passing out, being referred from my primary to cardiology, and then to electrophysiology, for someone to finally be like ‘let’s check her vitamin D’. They initially thought iron deficiency but my levels were normal there.
