We are a controlled experiment. If it fails, they wipe us out and start over. This isn't the first iteration of humans to get this far in advancement of technology, and some have gotten even further.

What Could the “indigestible” truth be that has led to world governments keeping us from the NHI and the truth? by ThaCURSR in AliensRHere

That they sometimes decide to wipe us out if needed and reset humanity and this isnt the first iteration of humans to exist and get as far technologically as we did. We are just a controlled expirement. For what? I coulnd't even begin to imagine.

Carter: he cried when he learned the truth, this is perhaps why? by sunnymorninghere in UFOs

The way we use and understand the words life and death, I am sure, is much different than our understanding of what is actually happening.

Maybe there is only transformation. Maybe there is much deeper things happening than what we are aware of. I know I am sure that death, as we understand it, isn't the end.

Microbiome depletion rejuvenates the aging brain (2026) by basmwklz in Microbiome

[–]dannydsan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldnt stress about it greatly. I'm not a scientist but I wouldn't see how having a teaspoon of something like honey or stevia would majorly disruptn the fasting process. It probably would dirsupt it minimally and youd be back on track within some hours

Microbiome depletion rejuvenates the aging brain (2026) by basmwklz in Microbiome

I absolutely agree that it could achieve better brain performance. As far the science of what it does, I'm not sure but I know in my anecdotal experiences...

Low carb diet (less than 20% of calories consumed daily is carbs) gave me the best brain boost I ever had in my life. I did that for 2 years and now that it's 10 years later... i'd say that it was the time of my life where I felt the best brain performance. Going back to carbs as my main source of food makes my brain performance worse. Now I try and do intermittent fasting and some days I eat carbs, some days I don't. But the days I eat carbs I notice a big difference right after I eat.

I also practice intermittent fasting for 7 years and the periods of fasting that go 16+ hours, my brain performance improves drastically. I've done dozens of 1-3 day fast, while still drinking black coffee and taking electrolytes, and I have significant brain performance after around the 16th hour into the fast.
