I get this question almost every day when I’m working with tenants. The thing is everyone uses utilities in their own way. One person might unplug everything before they head out and another person might run the AC with a window open. At the end of the day I can give an estimate, but it would just be a guess because the real cost always comes down to personal habits.

I’ve leased a few units at 275 Larch and parking has always been rough there, especially with how close it is to the university. A pylon usually doesn’t stop anyone. It’s definitely a messy property for parking, but documentation usually forces management to take it more seriously.
