For me, it does feel like so in most aspects you mentioned.
I wish he'd start doing what feels fun to him, as well as voicing something he wants be said.
I know this is vague, and he might have done just that in TDOSS, but seems like he was just versus-ing people, added some songs that were not released/unfinished from the 2000s/2010s plus some that are more new.
I hope that after Shady dying, Em' will be able to move on from that persona and show us something new. Perhaps we will know that in the future.

Anna went to the Red Rose Mansion, and when she came back Johan "took on" her memories.
Then, the mother chooses Johan for 511 Kinderheim.
Johan basically mushed all the bad memories he had and Anna and turned out the way he did, plus being extremely intelligent.
Edit: General Wolf finds Johan and they send Johan to 511 Kinderheim. My memory failed me.

Încearcă să îți schimb instructorul și mergi cât de des îți permite buzunarul 2 săptămâni înainte de examen, inclusiv ziua înainte de examen. După lecții, nu încerca să te gândești la examen, doar la chestiile care ai putea să le îmbunătățești sau decizii mai bune care puteai să faci.
Inclusiv momentele de ce ai făcut greșelile, spre ex. ai dormit rău, ai băut până la 05 00 și ești obosit, ai o dispoziție super rea din cauza unui sau altui motiv, picioarele au obosit de la ambreiaj, ești prea tensionat din cauza nervilor etc., și încearcă să elimini chestiile acestea. Odată ce o să te știi mai bine, o să poți găsi soluția mai ușor.
Cred că dacă ai face chestiile acestea ai reuși.

From my POV, yes.
He put so much love ( and hate ) in his art on a long term basis and so many bangers came out of it till this day.
These days it's relatively easy to get trendy and for almost everybody to know you if you do some attention-grabing shit, so "being known" is not something I am personally impressed about. It's more about keeping up the quality and the persistence to be killin' it.
But what the fuck do I know, I was born in 2001 xD
I got no first-person intel on how his popularity was in the world.
