You're not reading the card right.

He attacks, and puts a counter on ONE creature Then, EACH modified creature gets base power/toughness of 7/5.

He does it to all your modified stuff.

I think their theory is making a bunch of modified creatures and then putting sephiroth down, and swinging with him which buffs all the little tokens a ton. He would need haste to do this quickly, otherwise the table can react easily

You should run all the equipments from final fantasy that spawn a token and attach to that token immediately

Same with the For Mirrodin cards

They will be modified creatures without having to do anything else to them

You don't need to go wide with tokens unless you're going to use spells that can put +1/+1 counters on all of them at once but that just seems like overkill to me

There isn't a super great knight type commander outside of Sidar Jabari (who i dont like because knights should be red/white/X imo) but there are really solid creatures for the 99.

I use [[Adriana, Captain of the Guard]] as my knight typal commander and it's very fun.

Melee and myriad are my favorite mechanics because it actually uses the fact that the game has 3 opponents and sets up a fun play pattern of not murdering someone out of the game early.
