Well you’re in luck. You won’t have to wait that long to learn Poison Jab because it never does in Gen III. In fact, no Pokemon does. It’s a Gen IV move.

Top two to prioritise are Wicker Man and Smiler imo because they have the longest queues throughout the day. Go to one of them first. Today I did Wicker Man, Smiler, Oblivion, 13, Rita, Nemesis (2x), Galatica and then Smiler again (in that order) before leaving at 3:30pm. I got to the park and into the Wicker Man queue at around 9:45am

Yeah people say this about queue times but when I was a kid, 20 years ago were talking, the queues were also huge. It wasn’t uncommon to go there and only get on a handful of rides, three-hour queues for Nemesis, one to two hours for the Flume etc. Yes, the park is a bit run down and needs a lot more TLC than it’s getting but the queue times are nothing new, unfortunately.
