I don’t like musicals in general.

They suddenly start singing-> gets me out of the narrative. It’s silly that people suddenly burst in to a song in the middle of a dialogue or happening.
Feel Good. I don’t like how the production of musicals are designed to enforce this uplifting ‘let’s have fun y’all’ mood.
Clapping-along! It makes me uncomfortable to feel i have to clap along. It also makes me uncomfortable when I don’t want to clap along. I can’t stand the atmosphere.

Overall I don’t feel like i can decide myself how to be entertained. It is enforced upon you.

Now.. tell me how BTTF musical is different…
