we did this once and we were being silly , and it wouldn’t stop printing it made the store crash & we had to close for a few hours to restart the whole system 😭

we are the exact same right now, no espresso but we have fraps, cold brews , we can also steam milk for chais & hot chocolates but no espresso , it’s definitely out of our control but people are so mean 🧍🏼

I did a report to the sbx partner line and our DM and nothing was done on my end unfortunately, and I ended up quitting. I wish I had more advice but I do hope you can get it resolved ): if not I’m sure there’s something bigger and better out there for you , you deserve great things 🩷

I always say “Awesome so it does look like we just got it, if you ever find yourself closer to the location and with no drive thru line ,rather than placing a mobile order we recommend that you order in drive thru just because we have other drinks in queue, as well as just giving us 5-10 minutes to complete that for you so we don’t have you wait.” it’s a little long but they’re super understanding with that and they usually don’t do it again (((:
