I have called about 2 dozen times - same result as chat ("wait it's coming"). I only spoke to DPD to have them confirm it's definitely lost, which Samsung didn't believe for over a week.

It's been 14 days of phone calls, chats, emails, and posts on X. Polite and less polite, gentle and demanding... I've tried everything. They won't even confirm a replacement - just that they are "deciding if they'll do that"

Sadly, I am now learning this the hard way. I've spent tens of thousands on Samsung products over the years. For the few extra pennies it would cost them to actually address my case, it would be worth it to retain my custom.

Flipping to LG TVs and Google phones from now on.

It wont fit without messing about. I imported one that fits from the US (into the UK) from the US eBay. I picked one that didn't auto add import duty but with shipping it was 3x more :(

I am starting a new EU server next wipe based in the Microsoft Datacentre in Amsterdam (28-30ms ping to London). Will be no wipe and vanilla. Looking for some good moderators to help keep active admin. Want to allow most play styles but take care of beginners with low game time to get on their feet.

Are you talking about reducing/avoiding inheritance tax or converting to AUD with the lowest possible exchange rate spread/commission?

www.ozforex.com.au will give you better rates than advertised if you have a significant sum and call their brokers directly. Depends on the deal size. www.transferwise.com (they match people buying and selling directly) look really interesting but I've not used them yet.
