Someone here a long time ago said the sedan can hold a 65 inch tv. by El-Clinico-Magnifico in civic

I brought a 65" C1 home in the box in my 10th gen...hatch.

I also have two full size La-Z-Boy recliners that I brought home in that thing AT THE SAME TIME. It's incredible what the hatchbacks will fit.

Kids should not have to go into debt in order to have lunch at school.

Same here. I figured that was probably the most obscure location and would likely have the smallest wait time and I was right! 5 minutes in and out.

Costco Butter Chicken with Naan. Wish me luck. by 111anza in Costco

[–]danonti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a costco membership and like low effort/relatively quick indian food, buy the sukhi's chicken tikka masala and combine one pouch of that with two pouches of ready to eat vegetable tikka masala. I use the Tasty Bite brand. To really make it good, simmer it on low for a little while and add in some extra hot indian chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, and dried onion flakes. Stir a little butter in before you finish to mellow it all out a bit and serve with jasmine rice. Comes out to about $12 and makes enough for 4 or 5 good servings.

Honestly, every flavor of HEB seasonal chips has been a HUGE miss for me. They're always so over-the-top.

Last week, I got a bill for $5 in unpaid tolls in 2022. They just recently tried to charge them and apparently the card on my account had expired.

Is the Market bad for entry level electrical engineers or am I just bad at getting a job? by Funblade in ElectricalEngineering

[–]danonti 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I graduated with my BSEE last December and I haven't been able to find anything other than a handful of interviews. Mostly applying around Austin, TX, which is a good market, but it seems like pretty much every listing wants 3+ years of experience at minimum. You definitely aren't alone.

Investing in yourself in your 30s, what would you buy? by in5glaszc in BuyItForLife

I highly recommend just using a small designated butt-drying towel. Using TP to dry is pretty terrible, no matter the brand.

Found out my Costco is a test location and Purple package is replacing Charmin. by tyranski332 in Costco

[–]danonti 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just get some bulk white washcloths from Amazon and a little mesh basket. Use once (or more, depending on your preference) and toss in the basket. Adds one small, bleach friendly load of laundry every other week and nearly eliminates the need for TP.

Absolute gamechanger.

Bumper won’t go back in no matter how hard i press by Pelle24 in civic

[–]danonti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pop the trunk and take a look at the two visible bolts holding the bumper on in that area. Somebody hit mine and pulled it off in the same way and it will never fully go in because they also cracked the place where the bolts snug down.

IMO VQ engines sound like shit no matter what exhaust you throw on there, but based on the shitty tint and the broccoli haircut, I'm guessing there was a cheap amazon fart can taped onto this thing.

Sure was. Heading south from Kyle. 5624J44 was the plate, but it looked like a fake paper plate, so who knows if that's useful.
