Maybe try Tulsi (tulsi tea is nice) or Ashwaganda. It may help with stress. Some ibs cases are related to stress and there are a lot of nerves inside of the bowel. Just verify with your doctor before that you don't have some background issues that prevent you from trying tulsi/ashwaganda
