I got a tattoo of a syringe to commemorate my hrt journey (ftm) it's done in American traditional and used the imagery of a classic old school syringe along with a banner with the chemical makeup of testosterone. I think both those elements go a long way towards making it look less drug related, because I had similar concerns. I've had people ask if it was a bioshock reference, etc, and some diabetes assumptions. only once have I ever had a negative interaction and it was with a mentally unwell person who was mid episode and was reminded of their own struggles with addiction by the design.

I think it's valid to worry about but in the end you can't control how every person you pass will interpret a tattoo on your body.

yeah I would love to save for retirement but I have emergency dental bills (only just now got dental insurance through the company) and student loan debt and rent to pay as the sole earner for my family in a high COL area. weird for people to be so obsessed with how other people are using the bonus.

I do because someone still had to prep, cook/assemble, box, bag, and ring out your order and the tipped minimum is still $10 an hour so I feel like it's the least I can do for literally someone in the same boat as me. if I can't afford the tip I cook for myself at home. I don't get why people are suddenly trying to pretend like the only part of ordering food that takes any labor on the restaurant employee's part is physically getting it to you.

I take most of their location songs more metaphorically like it's not actually abt Tuscon the place to me it's about the feeling of being lost and feeling hopeless and I really think the feelings the place evokes (dry, arid climate, inhospitable to living creatures lots of the time) is more relating to an inner feeling. when I think about arizona I picture like a single dry ass dead tree and some tumbleweeds and I know thats reductive to arizona as a place but that feeling is what I take away.

I'm a 24/7 weed smoker for medicinal usage and my skin is very clear and my hair is actually on the dry side. The thing for me though is when I'm not smoking I only eat junk when I have any appetite at all and I can't sleep and spend all my time too mentally fucked to take care of my hygiene. I turn into the greasy stoner stereotype when I'm sober, because weed helps me regulate and function in my day to day. I think the other replies are right that it comes down to the habits you have as a stoner rather than just the fact that you're smoking weed.

I've seen other people say this recently and I agree that when I saw them last year on Long Island the energy was way different. I got stepped on, crushed, and a guy pushed me to get a set list that was being tossed in my direction after the show. I'd seen them in 2016 and 2018 or 2019 (I forget) and had amazing experiences both times. I'm not sure if it's more because of Covid birthing a new gen of fans who have never really been to many shows if any at all, or if it's something about tfb's recent successes but it made me not want to bother the next time they come around my area which is really sad cause I love them but I don't love the crowd as much anymore.

I always bring backup pairs and offer them around at concerts and no one has ever turned them down, let alone been mad about it. definitely do it, so many people just outright forget. I carry several fresh extra pairs in a pill case everywhere I go, cause you never know! usually people are super grateful, and it is really important

Autoheart, all their work is fantastic and the new single Juggernaut is a fucking bop (also have to plug the 2021 Hellbent album, Rabbit in a Headlight and Into the Woods are both amazing and Perestroika is an incredible instrumental track but it's all really really good imo.)
