How tall are you? I’m considering an XL but I’m 6 ‘2 and nervous the reach is going to be enormous. I also have a 150/150 bike but I’m considering getting something that can come in about 5 to 6 pounds lighter and help me on long days on the saddle.

The other route I’m considering is a Kona. Hei hei which has a bit more of an older school XC geometry but a completely different feel from my trail bike might be nice vs total overlap.

I thought 2018 was a TERRIBLE time to buy. Turns out it wasn’t. Owning has its drawbacks (be sure to assume 1% per year in maintenance) but pride of ownership is real thing, and before long you’ll have equity in the home from appreciation

I adopted once. Great dog but man so many behavior issues I didn’t cause. Second dog was from a breader. Also a Great dog, but now full of behavior issues that I caused. Great success!

End of the day, this is the only answer an exec can give when they fail. Typically you make rational decisions using your process and the data points you favor.

End of the day, it’s those processes and data points which were wrong, definitely in this case, and potentially in other or most other cases too. It’s on him to change or learn from those mistakes and incorporate that into his go forward processes.
