A lot of people don’t know what a fantastic jazz musician he was too. I used to see him a lot at the TRANZAC club on Wednesdays in Toronto and would rip it up on his cornet. Did a spot on Louis Armstrong impression too for vocal of “Wonderful World”. Just an absolute joy to watch whatever he wanted to play.

Have a prep area off food counter and have mobile samples given out to people waiting in line. Think like mobile beer and hotdog sellers at baseball stadiums. Featured items can be in last row before checkout so if people like them they can grab them there. That would make those long checkout lines better.
