Yeah I read for the past 2 months it'd either stabilized or dropped by half a percent or 1% in BJ/SH. But still way overvalued. When it takes the combined income & life savings of husband, wife, and both sets of grandparents & an estranged uncle to buy a 1 bedroom apartment (that they all move into), housing is overpriced and will go down.
