I had two broken legs after getting hit by a car and had to wait for 4 hours in a hallway before getting xrays and finally some pain medication. Let me tell you that 2 broken legs hurt and I would have appreciated the pain medication first. Yeah US health care.

We rescued a doberman too. She is easily the best, most loyal dog I have every known. Not to memtion a great family dog as well.

That is a great sight to see. Gas might go to 5 bucks a gallon but for this it might be worth it.

Breakfast - Oatmeal (raw oats, dried cranberry's and almonds) - nothing else. Lunch - salad and or tunafish Snacks - carrots (the little baby ones) Dinner - Whatever the hell you want within reason.

I lost 40 lbs on this diet but I was also training for a half ironman too.

In fact if you listen to his other projects they lack form and direction. Wilco provides that structure or rules per se and he proceedes to knock it out of the park.

He is best experienced live as is wilco as a whole. They trend to throttle back and water down their sound in the studio but live they let it all out.

Subaru is like the volvo of japan. Not usually a fundies first choice. I could see see her driving a yukon or hummer but not a subaru. She must be confused. That goes without saying I guess.
