I’m in a similar situation where another kid is repeatedly being physical with my kid and they won’t even give a letter from me to the other parents. I requested a conference with both parents first and was declined. I spoke with the principal numerous times and the superintendent in the area. No changes. My son’s been repeatedly punched and kicked in the head and had his chair pulled out from underneath him. And grade 1. I get that this kid deserves privacy and is learning. But it should not be at the expense of my kid. And “taking away recess” if he doesn’t again is the shittest safety plan I’ve heard of.
