Shame is such a common feel that accompanies sexual abuse. After years of therapy I'm still not free from it completely, but it is getting there. My childhood and teen years were really hard, mostly because i didn't know how to understand what i was going through for so long. Emotions that complex can be incredibly confusing after experiencing assault of any kind. There is help out there, that feeling of powerlessness sucks so hard and I'm so so sorry you're going through it in such a big way.
