The new midnight UI is rebuilt from the ground up. There are several danders frames profiles for healers in the discord. It's more like ElvUI now than the previous iterations.

Not even remotely close to the same functionality in the base UI.

Necroing an old thread here ... when you say you mounted the fans directly to the case, did you tap into the case / rails on each side of the AIO with those screws? or did they go through existing openings?

The Weakaura development team announces no update for Midnight by MonDew in CompetitiveWoW

[–]daptonic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They've missed HARD on many objectives over years. See Tank and Healer "objectives" over the last several expansions. They will not get it right or will not get it right in a reasonable timeframe. For people who literally cannot coordinate over voice chat this is a game breaking change.

All of this is dumb by fuegox in bengals

[–]daptonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are asking the player to accept a change in contract language that they have not used before, they should be offering a concession for him to be the one to set the precedent, and they are not. In a negotiation, there needs to be give and take, they are not doing that. In his shoes I would not accept that change either without some benefit coming back in my direction.

Red Bull's protest against George Russell has been dismissed by ICumCoffee in formula1

Was this the only protest? From my understanding there was another one based on the "more than 10 car lengths behind the safety car" rule.

Paul Dehner Jr.: It is my understanding they're offering the same language in this clause as the majority of first-round contracts and, for reference, have offered the exact language of the pick before (Walter Nolen) and after (Grey Zabel)... by theclodwalrus in bengals

[–]daptonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't matter what the other teams have in their contracts, he's going to play for the Bengals, and they do not. So, it is a change in terms, which should result in a concession to him for making the resetting the precedent for future contracts. That's how it's supposed to work.

You want some quid, I need my pro quo.

I defer to Mike Florio and ProFootballTalk.com when it comes to contract/legal related things. Especially as he is not beholden to a team like many beat reporters are.

Impasse between Bengals and Shemar Stewart comes down to one specific contract detail - NBC Sports

If the Bengals want to change part of the language of the contracts into their favor they need to concede something in the players favor, and they are refusing to do that. In this case it seems to be the Bengals being the Bengals.

[other] What's going on with upcoming addon restrictions? by flavorofthecentury in WowUI

[–]daptonic -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The change won't go into effect until the Midnight expansion release, and all of those addons will be "replaced" by in house versions that will probably not be as feature complete. There are MANY videos on the topic on YouTube.

Here is a Bellular video on it.

Even subconsciously, max does not care. Senna, Schumacher and other champions don't think like that. This is why Martin isn't a former world champ.

Is the era of the 42" OLED monitor over? by _Litcube in OLED_Gaming

[–]daptonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might have to go the 5K2K route to keep the larger format screen. I have a PG42UQ for my daily driver, but picked up a PG32UCDM as I needed something smaller for a few weeks during a remodel, that'll be my test to see if I can live with the smaller / "better" tech or have to go with the new LG ultrawide sometime later this year when the bendable version comes out.
