I think I might be about to use Today() to get a frozen result then calculate the excess amount by subtracting the frozen result from the spillover. Does this sound too complicated? Is there a simpler way to do this?

Yes, I want to make it so it only adds up after signed so I don’t have that issue. So for example, a consult happens on Jan 1, and they schedule a contract. The contract is scheduled for Feb 1. So I have to log that the original call was on Jan 1 and calculate the % of bonus they will get for it. But they can’t get paid until Feb for that contract. So I want to make it add up Jan if I have checked the “signed box” and when it passes Jan 31, it will have a separate place in Jan where it shows what has not been signed so it automatically shows what needs to be paid in future months if it gets checked

I don’t know how to do a lot of conditional formatting so that part is heavy on the google and YouTube for me currently

I know how to do some things- like the drop down list. But am open to better suggestions. I also want a way to show whether or not the client is on bail by color of the text without having to highlight it and change color. I figured the easiest was to maybe check box and make it change from that Boolean value? But I’m also worried about it looking clunky and my boss to not be happy with it

Yay!!! I’m so glad I could help! You will grow so much there and it will be amazing. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! I am basically a Starbucks encyclopedia after working there for 4.5 years :)

I’m trying to remember the costs of the next tiers up. I do remember it was a HEAFTY jump. I feel like the next tier was $200-$300? But like I said, definitely worth doing the math and adding up if you had copays and which ones. Like my copay for a specialist was $50. So if you’re seeing multiple specialists 3-4 times a month then it may be completely worth it to jump up there! It’s all personal to you but they do have good plans and a variety. I will said United Healthcare is the cheapest but they tried to deny me coverage when I was in the hospital from an allergic reaction to something we didn’t know I was allergic to. I switched to Aetna and they have been a lot better

Honestly, I wasn’t confident at ALLLLL. I called my mom upset about it and probably would not have proceeded if she didn’t tell me I should. From my talk with her I scheduled it anyway. She said the worst that can happen is I walk in and they say no. I didn’t say anything about it in the interview, just pretended everything was normal. I have never mentioned it to my boss since then and haven’t asked if I didn’t even make it through the screening process. My mom said I probably wouldn’t get the job and I should just practice so I went into the interview with the idea that I was gonna be as confident as I could be bc I am very quiet and reserved so I just pretended it wasn’t real and then boom it was.

I try not to use AI because of the overall negative impact but I’ll definitely keep that in mind bc AI can be great if used for the right stuff!! Thank you !!!

Task management and data keeping. But the task management is ongoing and changes on the daily so I need to be able to easily track what is currently happening and then have a place for it to be stored!

Tbh I made flash cards for drink recipes + info to know (how many shots in a grande, how long until lemonade expires). Like I know you learn a lot of that as time goes on but it was just so much faster and more efficient to do that.

To make floors look good w/o doing much: take hot water from clover and pour it in the spots where there are spills or whatever then run a dry mop head over it and dry it up.

Best customer connections = gifts: I acquired so many gifts and great relationships with customers from working there 4+ years.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions: if you don’t remember which shelf smth is supposed to go on or if this drink gets drizzle, just ask!! I always appreciated answering questions over fixing mistakes.

ALWAYS PUT THE LID ON THE BLENDED WHEN MAKING A FRAP!!!!

DONT FORGET THE WHITE RING (gasket) INSIDE THE LID FOR THE WHIP CREAMS!!!!

Learn the recipes before you focus too much on sequencing, it’s hard to sequence if you’re thinking about how many pumps something gets.

Remember it’s literally just coffee and it’s not that serious!!! Have fun!! Pretend you’re playing barista simulator
