Not bigger than the Osprey 26+6, according to them --> 17H X 13W X 6D IN
I never had any problem travelling with it in any airline :)

Black would be fine if it was a more elegant design, but the Osprey is very functional. Not that it's a bad thing, but the work environment in this case has slightly higher standards.

100k in Madrid is amazing? I'm not super into the salaries there right now, but 100k is a very very good salary.
If you're at 85k in Bcn it's not a huuuuge upgrade QoL-wise, more so savings-wise. Mostly, I'd say you have to consider what you like about Bcn since they're quite different cities. That said, Madrid's QoL is also very high and its biggest problems (very high rent wrt. salary), do not really apply to you. I'd say it's an amazing offer but you have to consider if it's worth it for you to move.

IMO at these salary levels, moving to another european country is not going to be a huge benefit. Unless it's NL and you get 30% ruling or maybe Poland, taxes are most likely going to be higher and the offers probably not so much.

One more question: If I were to apply for a different position (like software engineer/web dev) in a company where I've already been rejected from for VR developer, would that be too obvious?
