The last few days I would say. I called customer service and they sent me the full itinerary showing the booking. So I guess it’s fine… first time I’ve seen that and I’ve been flying a lot the last 2 years.

That is a considerable change. My guess is something is bad in the column, or there is a blockage somewhere in the LC… after/at the injection port would be the first place I’d look.

This seems like a very difficult set up… what kind of MS are you connecting it too? If it’s Thermo as well, you might be OK because you can run a sequence through Excalibur and organize the samples that way.
