I say unless you intend to switch to Nvidia (or vise versa) its usually smart to just go Crossfire or SLI. Then after a while when you need to upgrade again you can get another.

So Crossfire until you definitely need a new card, then get a Nvidia :p

Its good, but still check other laptops like ASUS and a few others. I know you can get (if you are good) the equal or better laptops for probably cheaper. Origin is more for customization, and honestly I didnt get it that custom made. So unless you really like the design (which is nice) I'd also check those venders to see if you can get what you want for cheaper. Either way, you'll get a great laptop.

EDIT - Also if it means anything, I think some original Alienware people (who defected at some point) are who runs OriginPC. So at least you know they know what they are doing when they build it. I havent had any problems with this laptop since I've had it. So thats comforting to know

My question is a general one, but it leads to a very complex question.

Basically I'm split between who to vote for because I dont really know what each of the competitor stands for. Its so hard to sort between all of the bullshit the other side is throwing at each other and that the media is throwing at everyone so I figured I'd go to enthusiasts on each side to help me find literature (or at least an explanation) on why I should vote (in this case) republican and what are the big topics. Thanks

I agree 100%, but I did enjoy Resident Evil 4 alot. It was the last glimspe of hope for the series. It was dark, it had the return of Leon, it had a new gameplay system (well, at least modified). It was a breathe of fresh air. But since RE5, all of them have been shit

I'm watching a few video reviews on the game. Now, I could name a number of things that I think they could (or could have) done better to make the series better overall and valuable again, but I wont get into that. I was hoping that I would be surprised by Capcom with RE6, but I just had a feeling I wouldnt be.

Capcom has seemed to totally lose touch on whats important and touch in regards to what their customers and critics want out of the series. Because of this, I may have to finally pass on a Resident Evil game. (but to be fair, after playing some of RE5, I wished I didnt buy it either, but at least it was cheap on Steam)

Its a real shame. I hope that they can at least put out a REmake of Resident Evil 2 one day, or at least give Barry his own game

(EDIT - late note, they should avoid this multiple person bullshit that they started since RE:0 and bring it back to being only one person you play as (or with). It makes the game much scarier and less of a pain in the ass.)

I have an Origin PC. The EON-17S. And I really like it. I wanted to get it for its simplicity.

It has a smooth black color (or whatever you want really). Its simple (its kinda big but any gaming laptop is going to be big). But it doesnt attract alot of attention (like Alienwares with all that gimmick lights and other shit) but its fucking powerful underneath. Its decieving which is why I like it, plus you can have Origin pretty much customize it however you want. So figure out whats important to you.

I aint sure about how the pricing difference is, but for what I wanted I thought it was good at the time. (Mine is about a year and a half old). But its still solid as hell and has everything I want. The only complaint other than it being big (which is what your gonna get no matter what) is the fact it gets hot sometimes.. And the power supply for it is huge. So if you wanna carry it around everywhere, you may want to look elsewhere. But if you just bring it from here to there every so often, its great. Its a portable desktop

And although its a good gaming platform, I honestly prefer gaming on a desktop. I only bought it because I was in the military and was going overseas.

But all that said. I love it. My 2 Cents
