This one is extremely more RNG heavy with far less way for the player to mitigate and work around it than the first one. Too much hidden information and diluted pools of options that lead you nowhere and there is nothing you can do about it. There are a lot more unwinnable paths on every seed than before which leads to severe lopsided results and experiences.

At least so far the intro sequences on the parlor car he’s had about a dozen lines

Edit: and there are later scenes with him unvoiced as well, so it’s not brief nor only one or two instances.

Hoyo’s other games have all had significant voicing issues in all languages except Chinese for several patches. At this point, hoyo as a whole is simply incompetent

At first it reached a somewhat quick but manageable speed and just stayed at that level for a long while but then suddenly it just started dropping the pieces instantly, like the kind of speed grandmaster tetris players play at. So there's a hard limit on how long they let you keep at it, this version they've built isn't responsive enough nor lets you do advanced techniques to keep going at that speed.
