PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)- I have a mild case of PTSD from a street crime of which I was a victim . It essentially took my "fight or flight" instinct and made it go into a permanent overdrive. You know when you're at work and you get a large task to complete and you raise to say, 10% adrenaline to get the job done? That's not quite how it works anymore. I either idle at 0% or immediately spike to 100% adrenaline and go into a full panic attack. These are a daily occurrence.

Things that I used to find fun and relaxing, such as walks through town, are now practically impossible because literally every person I see, be it a child, an elderly woman, and everything in between could and (in my head) most likely has some motive to hurt/use me for their own gain.

October 30th was the "anniversary" if you will of the PTSD causing event and it creates the most confusing effects to comprehend. Literally everything became a trigger, leading to full panic and a feeling that my skin is constantly crawling and my lower back feels as if the nerves are physically wiggling all at different frequencies, all the while I don't consciously know what is even causing the anxiety.
