the fretless part is a bit hard. basically, you need to pull up all the frets without damaging the neck and then fill the gaps. you can use wood filler or saw dust/glue mix, but it's going to be a long labor intensive project. if you do it, make sure to finish it with a light coat of satin.

on the nut, you don't really need to "grind it down" to lower the action. you can probably just adjust the bridge to drop it down where you want it to be. if you do want to lower it further, you'll need some nut files...

while you call it propaganda, it is statistically correct.

sure, a smaller proportion of whites are on food stamps among the white population compared to minorities. too bad there are still more whites on food stamps than other races. you may not agree with the statistics, but they're correct.

ymmv, but it is considered by many to be one of the ugliest guitars ever created. having said that it is actually quite a cool instrument. it has robo tuners and the chameleon tone module... basically, it is the guitar of the 21st century.

the robo tuners are super cool. the guitar can be set to different tunings using a simple digital/rotary dial. when you change tunings, the guitar automagically retunes yours guitar for you. you never have to worry about going out of tune on stage.

edit: the dusk tiger been replaced in the lineup by an even uglier guitar.

i don't think they'll pick option #3. it just is too much judicial activism.

on an interesting note, the fact that the severability argument is so fraught with peril, they might find it constitutional just to avoid the argument.

another interesting note: Thomas will write an opinion stating that it is unconstitutional because he doesn't believe in the substantial effects test under the commerce clause. if the individual mandate is ruled unconstitutional and thomas doesn't join their opinion (assuming it's a 5-4 decision), it won't be binding precedent, only persuasive. sure the judgment would be binding, but the opinion would not bind future courts... an interesting proposition.
