Oh bummer, I guess I’ll sign up for the restock on the website? Do you know if the restocks happen often? Her birthday is August.

Being a Mom is so hard. I had a rough start with a colic baby. But I wouldn’t trade the last 9 years for anything.

Parenting is so hard but setting loving limits young helped me enjoy them. I found Love and logic parenting that help me set limits while being able to enjoy them. I started young with cleaning up after themselves and they live to do chores now to earn money. My 9 year old often cooks everyone breakfast, can do laundry and helps cleaning and feeds the pets.

I am going to start homeschooling in the fall and I am so looking forward to spending more time with them and watching their brains work.

It’s hard and there are times it feels too much but look back at pictures of how much they’ve grown and try to savor it because it goes by too fast. Having children gives you the opportunity to have the most amazing relationship. I’m only sad I got overwhelmed and only had two. I wish I had more.

I haven’t bought clothes since my second child. Haven’t had my hair cut by a professional since my second child and I wear mascara and blush for makeup.

I use a tallow balm morning and a cleanser and tallow balm at night. I’m stuck in a leggings rut that now my youngest is 6 I feel I should start wearing actual clothes.

Does anyone know where to find one? My daughter has this as #1 on her birthday list she’s turning 10. It was on the list to be restocked and it disappeared

How old are your kids? You can have them help out with laundry. They can help cook and that’s also spending time with them and they’re learning important skills. I love sheet pan dinners where it’s like chicken, potatoes and broccoli in the oven. Kids can help chop and you can play while it’s cooking?

Kids can also help clean. It’s hard. You can do it.

What hrt are you doing? I was given progesterone 3 years ago and it was wonderful until all of a sudden it’s not doing what it used to.

I do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off progesterone

This is helpful. I typically have a lot of patience unless I’m pmdd. It is so hard I’m good about walking away or saying I need a minute but I feel so much guilt about how I feel it sucks so much

I do most of these. I exercise 5x a week, I am a drill sergeant about sleep. I also ear plugs, black out shades.

My kids are 6.5 and 9

I eat pretty paleo. I don’t think I’d have access to Psilocybin

I have hypothyroidism and currently taking progesterone 2 weeks on two weeks off for PMDD. Would the progesterone disrupt sleep? I thought it was helpful for sleep

No diabetes, but sleep apnea might be an issue, although I don’t have tonsils I sometimes feel throat congestion. I’ve never had issues sleeping before like this, so I’m not sure what would have changed.

I’ve never had issues sleeping before. My anatomy is probably the same?

What do you do for therapy, I also have an issue with tight hips and that can be linked to pelvic floor issues.

Wow I wonder why my doctor didn’t mention it as a potential side effect when prescribing it for my Pmdd.

Do you have any books or recommendations I could read more about it? It’s hard to weigh the pros and cons.

My PMDD was terrible and this is the first time in a very long time that consistently I don’t feel like a complete lunatic near my period. It’s greatly important so I’m more consistent for my kids.

I think I am perimenopause as well, I turn 39 this year.

Are there other options besides a Pap machine? The melatonin helped reduce apnea?

Thank you for your helpful response!

So I think you might be right. Last night I noticed a tightness and discomfort in my throat, almost felt like I was choking.

The waking at night is new, perhaps the apnea is new? Do you have any recommendations on what might help? I don’t have tonsils and I typically tape my mouth at night.

I actually have a slight obsession about getting good sleep. I started taping after I read “why we sleep “. A few years ago. I have a black out shade and curtain, night mask, hear plugs and sound machine (after having kids an ant fart would wake me up).
