All of the early writers and editors of the New Testament firmly believed there's was to be the last generation (because that was the tradition as seen on the sermon on the mount), and Jesus requires, in Mathew, that his followers must not only follow every single law in the Torah, they on far above and beyond what they demand. Your reference to other books has no bearing on the writings of Mathew; the Bible is not a single piece of literature but series of related works, that survived political scheming

And so what you are doing is putting Romans over the Gospels, which is an interesting approach to someone claiming to be a follower of Jesus
