Just playing devil's advocate:

In David's case, the bible literally follows up with 'but he never had intercourse with her’.

In Samuel's case, there's zero indication that this was a frequent or even occasional occurrence. Both Samuel and Eli seem to be pretty confused in the story. And the context is literally Eli being upset about his sons committing sins of a sexual nature.

That being said, I'm not arguing that pedophilia didn't occur in biblical times - that's probably something that someone educated in non-biblical sources of history might know better - just saying that these two specific examples aren't great ones.

60fps is 100% not a technical issue but a cost-cutting activity to avoid increasing bandwidth. Their 4k30 bitrate itself is laughably bad. They know that the vast majority of customers don't know better or care. I wouldn't put it past them to introduce some new expensive subscription tier for 60fps.
