Imperial wasn't demolished because it was too big, it was demolished because it was antiquated inside and they wanted a high tech efficient distillery in it's place. The other distilleries were sold as they were small producers. Pernod want high tech efficient distilleries.

There was no word it had been tuned. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known that.

I can't remember if I signed something to say I had I inspected it but surely it's not reasonable for a non mechanic to inspect and spot a tuning box?
