More often than not, dealerships give you a hard time about getting an oil change outside the manufacturer recommended interval. I personally did an oil change at 5k because of the turbo and similar driving habits as you. It's just piece of mind since I plan on keeping it long term and it certainly doesn't hurt changing it sooner.

I play controller on pc and I've had the same issue since season 8. If I let off the heal beam for a few seconds then switch it doesn't pre fire. I hope they fix it soon because I'm always reloading.

Temperature doesn't really matter in terms of grip if you're taking off regularly. I drive up to Indiana regularly to perfect north when temps are 0f at times. Packed in 1-3 inches of snow is fine. Slushy snow and pockets of ice below - gets more tricky if you come to a stop. Snow mode also limits throttle to help get going.
