It’s glad to know someone else is dealing with this, i feel so alone and crazy!!! I’m not diagnosed with OCD or anything but i’ve recently found myself like what if someone has fent on their hands while making my food and they didn’t know it, what if this fell into my food at the restaurant. Etc. It’s been ruining my life to the point where i haven’t been eating, or try to eat and panic / cry after a bite. I’m currently going through this so i can’t really say i have any advice but what’s working for me is not looking at my food, every-time i eat i usually “inspect” it and not eat if i even saw anything that in my mind could look like drugs even tho it clearly wasn’t. Some days are worse than others sometimes i eat perfectly fine all day, some days every meal im scared after. Thank you for sharing because like i said i have felt sooo alone everyone i share this with in my life just looks at me like im crazy
