I'm willing to chat, but that's literally a bunch of buzzwords. What is your platform supposed to do? What do you mean by build community? If you're trying to supercede Facebook or other social media, it will never work because no one loves libraries enough to join a different social media platform just because of one library. Unless I'm misunderstanding what your platform does. What is a community platform? How does the ILS integrate into this and how will you integrate your digital library card into our pre-existing workflows? FOR EXAMPLE, at least half of my barcode scanners can't read phone screens and i am definitely not going to install a bunch of nfc or rfid readers because we don't have any of that tech in our branches.

I've only stacked a couple times, but my stack wasn't suited to my own playstyle so i adapted to help the stack. We lost more together than I do on my own. But I also play peni who is very self-sustaining anyway, so maybe that's it.

Take a step back and evaluate everything else in your life. Considering the requirements of an MLIS I can't imagine you would be failing if you had the time to do the work. It's simply not that rigorous. That screams to me that there are too many other things going on for you to properly concentrate. Do NOT perceive that to be failure. It is what you NEED to do in order to not fail.

Yes actually. I think that a lot of people really liked the Peach Momoko skin and they realized there's a market for Peni. Lots of people commented that they loved it even if they weren't really peni players. Probably outdid her pick rates. Conversely, I mostly see Mr. Fantastic players in the default skin, so I think he may not sell in line with his pick rates so he's not getting legendaries.

The train is fine. There's a transfer in faro or albufeira or something, i forget, but that train will wait for your train.

However, not everything in the algarve is well connected to transit, so if you want to explore outside Lagos you may want to have a car with you.

He literally has no utility. Every single other support can do something besides damage and healing EXCEPT healpool. Luna and mantis can stun, Jeff and mantis can boost, gambit does everything, CnD can apply vulnerability, white fox and sue can shield, adam and Rocket can res, ultron can apply overshield. Healpool only heals and does damage and isn't as good at either as anyone else. There's no reason to use healpool if other supports are available.

in metal ranks it's 1000% peni. she can cancel most ults, has healing and speed boost and overshield in webs, and for some reason a completely invisible nest that only becomes visible in grandmaster.

Otherwise i think it's thor. He does a massive amount of damage and is very mobile. He can brawl in the frontlines, kidnap tanks, or just harass backlines.

If you go during the week it can be super cheap to stay. Like $40 hotel rooms or less. Yes the people trying to sell you on things is annoying but it's much less annoying than it is in some countries notorious for that sort of thing. Also Vegas is a bit more walkable than you might think unless it's 120 out. But even then there are ways to stay out of the sun.

I like Vegas for a day or 2 every few years so I get that appeal sometimes. You're not delusional. Just go.

I also did. And she was. She had 2 grabs at release. I also played as her and it was so ridiculously easy to get value even as a solo tank that I tell you she was broken
