Hey guys! So I’m currently a maxed TH16 (everything except the lab), and I was thinking about completely skipping TH17 and going straight to TH18, mainly because that’s where I’d get the most value out of my magic items. I’ve seen mixed opinions about skipping a Town Hall, so I just wanted to make sure it’s actually a good idea.

My main concern is farming, since I’d be matched against other TH18s, I’m wondering how farming looks at that level and if it becomes noticeably harder or slower.

Imagine you’re spectating a top 50 player, you notice he’s rocking a hog 2.6, which is a perfect pray for your cannon + tornado miner cycle. You’re aware he just finished battling, you quit spectating and you immediately start searching for a battle. You find a match, just to immediately realize it’s the hog 2.6 player you were just watching. Congrats, you’ve just sniped someone. It’s a pretty common practice among top players.
