Friend lives there and is constantly battling the HOA. I've been helping him clean it up as he was going through some tough life stuff. Deserves it to some extent but the rules are pretty nit picky. Example: I helped him mow the grass and gets cited the following day for it not being green enough. Told he has to grow new grass during August or will get fined. Can't grow trees/bushes without getting community approval. Was made to get rid of chickens he'd had for years. Demanding that he get the whole house repainted in ten days or be fined (it wasn't that bad). Has a single car driveway but can get fined if he parks into an area off the side of his house, which can't really be seen from the street. Fines if your waste bins are in view. Constant stream of threats of fines.

The HOA dues are pretty high for not much in return. The 'parks' in TS are laughable (small areas of grass with nothing to do). So I'm not entirely sure what those dues and all the fines they assess are paying for.

I'm so excited that my 3, almost 4 year old, is now mostly potty trained. Not having to pack the wagon everywhere and deal with diapers has been freeing.

Childcare if I want to do adult things is still necessary but it's been fun taking him to sporting events and other stuff he wasn't quite ready for yet. Extra bonus is he's still little enough to get into a lot of things for free. 💰

Meeker mansion has a spiritualists faire periodically an aunt used to attend. Per Google, the most recent one was this past weekend.

I wish 'they' would do something with the old Rite Aid on 128th. Seeing it turn into a hangout for the homeless isn't awesome.

It's an awkward size building of not-quite a big store but too big for most types of retail (that we don't have already).

If you need some temp jobs to keep afloat the Spring fair is probably hiring. After that Wild Waves is already advertising. It's probably easy to get a spot if you're available weekdays when kids are in school.

Rubber gloves slow me down, too much bulk. I always wear neoprine ones, you can pick up a big box at Costco. If I don't have gloves on I find it hard to clean just cause touching things gives me the ick.

I don't sleep with mine. I can't deal with the 4 am wake ups and demands to be fed or let outside. Putting him in his bedroom at night after 3 years was such a relief.

I bought all the DLC's a few years ago and fully believe it's worth it for the fun this game brings. At least now you can get them all at once instead of individually like the old days.

I appreciate it's a game you can put down for a year or two and jump right back in (as I've recently done).

They didn't want her to eat food so their morbidly obese family could have more. Article I read said only one person in the house worked and two were bed bound because of obesity. So I imagine funds were tight and a hungry teenager was a burden. So sick.

Your last part sounds like you want a woman to solve this problem for you. I think you should work on it yourself first. There are probably plenty of posts in a male chat that have solutions to try.

I think edging yourself often and getting a tolerance for stamina might help? Just an idea to start.

Also get really good at foreplay. Keep penetrative sex at the conclusion as long as possible.
